Air classics museum is still located on US-30 at the Aurora airport. Just west of the main entrance. Stay on US30. If you cant see the F-105 from the road, maybe you shouldnt be driving (or youre lost). They are only open weekends.

This Museum has a Grumman F4F-3 Wildcat on loan from the National Museum of Naval Aviation at the O'Hare Airport. If your looking for bombers go somewhere else; the largest plane that they have is either thier F-4 Phantom II or thier F-105 Thunderchief. Go to thier website for more.

I was a member of Air Classics Museum when they were located at DuPage County Airport (KDPA).

Looking for NF2 lightower for History Channel documentary. If you have any information on where to rent or make use of one of these it would be greatly appriecated.

The Air Classics Museum has a nice collection of fighter-type aircraft and helicopters. (No large bombers or transports.) The museum has been moved at least twice in the last several years, so that leads to confusion as to where to find it. I used to live in the area, and I don't know where Huntley, IL, is. The museum used to be located at the Aurora airport, right off I-88, and they had a road sign on the expressway, but apparently the museum has been moved.

Not a lot of planes, but what is there is fun to see. Included are a F-4 Phantom, F-86 Sabre, and a F-105 Thunderchief in poor condition. Not bad if you\'re a local, but not worth a detour for a tourist.

I visited this museum on December 2001 and all the aircraft exhibited are very well maintained. It is a good place for those who want to see a beautiful F-4B. You can also see a GE J-79 jet engine, probably from the Phantom II. I enjoyed my visit very much.

I am looking for any information on the : Aero Thrust Engine company of Chicago Illinois. The engine I own is a 2 cylinder, 2 stroke, horizontally opposed and is air cooled. Using the spark plugs and magneto system as a gauge, the vintage would be 1920's. My hope is to obtain specifications, parts source, operating manuals and the like. Any information would be great! Thank you

The Air Classics Museum moved from Dupage airport (St. Charles, IL) to the Aurora Mun. Airport (Sugar Grove, IL) a few years ago. The current number is(630) 466-0888. If you go, ask about the EAA club that meets at the airport, they are restoring an antique Stinson.

After calling information, and even the local police department, it seems that this place does not exist.
