I'm anxious to build an RC model of the L-16. About the color scheme, were they all painted with aluminum scheme, or were some also O.D. with neutral gray undersurfaces?

Thank You,
Stan Stein

I have been studying the L16A and am curious what Army Air Corps units actually flew this aircraft. Were any assigned to the 1st Cav?
