I worked both the AC-130H and the AC-130U gunships as a weapons troop maintaining the weapons on board. These are awesome aircraft. I've worked Bombers and Fighters, these were the best by far. If youre' interested keep digging in the sites and you'll find more... Great experience that I'd never trade for anything...

Nice site!! I was a crew chief on the Ac-130U gunships at Hurlburt Field from 1998-2002 before getting orders. I hope to return there again someday. If anyone needs some info about the U-boat, send me an e-mail and I will see if I can help you out.

I think the AC-130U is the badest cargo aircraft ever build. AC-130U ROCKS!!
