61-2369, 61-2364, and 61-2361.
Hmm, same birds we had at Hill circa 1978-1980.
6514TS HAFB Utah..........
I was at HAFB Guam before that.

No external tanks if I remember correctly.
We had the tanks stashed somewhere.
The tanks were replaced with pylons.

I do not remember ever loading drones on the inboard pylons.

The Skiing was awesome.

I crewed the DC130A & the DC-130E at Edwards A.F.B. before they decided to moved the DC operations to Hill AFB in May of 71. Why move?? One of the drones went haywire and landed in the school yard at Rosmond High School The HH-53 could not snag it. Public outcry!! Gone was the program to Hill. I had a month left before my enlistment was up and I was going to get transferred one more time, I took leave and then got out. C-130's are a work horse, go HERC!!!!

Crewed DC-130E 61-2369 at Hill AFB until they were sent to Little Rock to be modified back into straight C-130Es. We also had 61-2364 and 61-2361 at Hill, until they too transferred to Little Rock.
