THANK ALL OF YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SEND YOUR COMMENTS ON THE BROOKS AF BASE "EDWARD H. WHITE II MEMORIAL MUSEUM. UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND COMMANDER, MAJ GEN (DR) FRED DOPPELT, USAF(MC) - I WAS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL FOUNDERS OF THE MUSEUM. THEREFORE, I PERSONALLY APPRECIATE YOUR INTEREST AND YOUR COMMENTS. THE MUSEUM IS NOT MAINTAINED BY THE U.S. AIR FORCE AND THE REASON FOR NOT HAVING ELABORATE COLORFUL AND LONG WRITTEN HISTORY IS BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL REASONS. WE WILL TAKE ALL OF YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS TO HEART AND WE (AGAIN) THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST. JAMES T. PEARCE COLONEL, USAF(MSC)(RET)

Any info is helpfull. Don't attack these people for attempting to post aviation info! It needs to be a place to share info, not just dish it out. I have a feeling that it probably provides more information than your aviation website!

I love your site but to really call it a memorial to Lt. Edward White you must include information about his life and not just pictures of shuttles. You must tell how he died so heroically in a flash fire so everyone can take a moment of silence in his memory.

This site is way too short. Take a little more time and add more information about Lt. White so that we can learn about him and respect him.

I am a big fan of Edward White because I was around at that time. Maybe you could add a little more information about him to make this site more interesting. Thank you!
