| Thomas Serrano , Pennsylvania |  I attended the "Wings Over Pittsburgh" this year (2002) and I found it to be a above average show. The Harrier performance was great and so were the Thunderbirds as usual. The only complaint was the interruption of the show by commercial aircraft. The Airforce base is is on the border of Pittsburgh International Airport and their aircrafts use the same runways as the airshow. Sometimes as many as 10 commercial planes were waiting for departure clearance. This made for some long periods of no activity in the airshow. Although it was not as great as some of the Latrobe shows I've been to, it still had some great aircraft on static as well as some good aerial demonstrations. I expect it will become better with age because of the air force reserve's backing, and I recommend it.
