Ben Hardy Pointeman1@aol.com Washington, District of Columbia | Hello!
Can anyone please give me some definitive information as to whether the airshow will or will not be held this year? Depending on which website I go to I get something entirely different. I've attended the airshows at Pax River since 1962 and only missed a couple. If there's to be on this year I would hope so and I hope that there can be a good show but with security too. I would appreciate some information that can be confirmed about Air Expo 2002. Thanks.
Happy Landings!
Ben

Mike Rice InnovPromotions@aol.com Ashland, VA, Virginia | Hello Staff,
I was writing to inquire about vending spaces. I enjoyed your air show many years ago and now have a business which allows me to travel and vend merchandise at as many as I can get too..

Andrew , District of Columbia | I think it was moved because it tailed in with the AAFB Open House (which is one of the "granddaddies of airshows"). I think they want a better attendence by having two shows within 100 miles spread apart a little more. Not entirely sure, but it would make sense. 05/10/2002 @ 12:33 |
Cheryl N. cyvonne@hereintown.net Flintstone, Maryland | Greetings: For many years, the air show was held at Patuxent River NAS at the end of May, and now I see a date of September 28, 2002. Do they not perform in May any more and have changed it to September, or do they perform both times......and......will the blue angels be flying in the upcoming Setpember 2002 air show with the thunderbirds and the snowbirds??? Please advise. We are air show anxious.
