I was greatly saddened to read on this site about the loss of N1055D and of course the pilot. I owned and flew this airplane for many years. I had goose bumps when I read Chris's note. I keep a model of the ship over my desk. If I can I'll upload a pic of it to the site.

I just had my best friend die in his cessna 190 n1055d on april 7. I flew many times with him in this awesome airplane. Love those radial engines.
