John , MD | The TA-4S is/was used by the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a trainer aircraft. This variant was not a production aircraft, but was produced from A-4B aircraft by splicing in an additional cockpit section. If I remember correctly Lockheed did this work for the RSAF.
