Wayne Swiers Rockwell, NC | MA troop at UH 78-81. My first assignment (and my wife's, also an MA troop) and one of my fondest in a two-plus decade career. Complicated a/c system (red balls for fwd equipment hot lights daily) but if you learned it you could fix just about any other aircraft a/c system. From 111Es to A-10s - what a change. Miss those birds despite the many hours spent cussing the engineers who designed an aircraft around the a/c and pressurization systems. 03/24/2011 @ 06:33 [ref: 37019] |
R.J. Wichita Falls, TX | Mike, if you go to Duxford, you will see my name on 67-0120. Hope you are doing well. Holla back...RJ 01/20/2011 @ 17:08 [ref: 35826] |

If anyone has any please feel free to send them too me, it would be much appreciated. They were sure good times. If life were only that simple now. lol 06/10/2010 @ 11:29 [ref: 26578] |
Michael Scofinsky Lakenheath, AZ | I was the last Crew Chief on 68-0020. I launched it from Upper Heyford a long time onto its new home of Hill AFB Utah. I love seeing old pictures of it. If anyone has any good ones send them to my email address. I am back in England now on my last assignment before I retire and only wish that I could have had it go to Duxford instead of Utah so I could visit it a lot more. Hello to all of my Upper Heford friends and family.

John Deal Soddy Daisy, TN | I was the crew chief on 68-041 & 68-029 at Heyford in the 77th from 1985-1989. Glad to see I'm not the only one that misses those jets and the good old days. 02/03/2010 @ 17:58 [ref: 25677] |
John Richards Glastonbury UK, WY | Hi
I live in the UK and now having turned 60, I am interested in trying to tie up (for any aircraft) Nose art/Mission Marks/Individual aircraft names with tail numbers. I wonder if any ex F-111 crew can help me fill in any details please? I've put Wyoming as my state as otherwise I cannot send!!!!
Thanks
