| Ray Muller rdmoe@yahoo.com Palmyra,, VA | My name is Ray Muller . I worked for Grumman for 32 years . After my retiremeny I worked on the Bearcat and Hell Cat . I moved to Va. 5 years ago . This past Summer I stopped in to see my friends working on the Bearcat . It was not finished at that time . Grumman was Taken over by Northrop about 8 years ago . The building tgat they are working in may be sold some time next year . The latest target date for completion was the end of this year . If you are interested in making contact with someone from the crew I will contact them . Aside working at the old Grumman Faculity I worked one day a week at the Cradle of Aviation at what used to be Mitchell Field in Garden City, Long Island . I worked on the restoration of a WWII Glider type that was used on the Invasion .

I send you this mail because I look deseperatly at the moment information and possibly the contacts (address, phone, fax or Email address..) of the Grumman employees who restored a Grumman F8F-1B Bearcat owned by the Thaļ Air Force. It arrived in USA in December 1994 for being restored to flying condition. The datas about this Bearcat are the following: GRUMMAN F8F-1B BEARCAT Manufacturer\'s Construction Number: D.804 Bu.No122120 Owned by the Thaļ Air Force.
