Ferg Los Angeles, CA | The "crashes" were real but the truth is that those planes were prototypes and were SUPPOSE to do that to make people believe they are useless. If you didn't know that then you shouldn't be talking. That is all the info. that can be given out. Also the info. on the history channel was rearranged for safety, to believe that is like believing the government will tell us about area 51 and weak points to get in. 09/16/2011 @ 18:57 [ref: 49073] |
Hard Harold Vagina, AZ | I flew one of these off an aircraft carrier and it sucked. I couldn't even go past Mach 3. What a piece so I crashed it into a mosque in Mecca. That'll teach those cocksuckers. As I crashed it I yelled "Take that you smelly Sons of a bitches!!" 06/21/2010 @ 19:26 [ref: 26619] |
Paul D. Harvey Clinton, UT | I was surprised to learn from a PBS Documentary that the F-117 couldn't fly without a computer! 02/16/2009 @ 15:29 [ref: 23742] |
Nathan W , GA | I can't believe that you people haven't said anything about the F-117A that was SHOT DOWN BY SERBIAN FORCES ON MARCH 27, 1999 AND IS NOW IN THE mUSEUM OF AVIATION IN BELGRADE!!!!! That sould have been the first thing that one of you mentioned!!! The pilot, Lt. Col. Dale Zelco, ejected sucessfully and was rescued by the US Air Force Pararescue a few days later. Also, another F-117A crashed into a house during an airshow in Maryland and was fetured on an episode of Shockwave on the History Channel. The owners of the house were not home and the pilot sucessfully ejected. AND NONE OF YOU SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THESE CRASHES!!!!! 05/27/2008 @ 06:46 [ref: 21015] |

black owl sjenica, OTH | By design this plane is still front of most airplanes that are in service today.Night hawk was just a begining of something that we call a 5th generation of fighters even F-117 is later representive of 4th generation fighters.
I will not talk about technology and capabilities of F-117,
but i think this plane will remain in USAF service until 2025. Whatever you say F-117 is dramatical step forward in
airforce tecnology. 11/27/2005 @ 14:35 [ref: 11812] |
bob Saint John, NB | This is one of the best stealth aircraft that I've ever seen. This looks like it has the same frame as the B2 spirit stealth bommer, But it doesn't. The B2 has larger intakes than the 117, except it definetely does not go as fast as the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird! 10/24/2005 @ 16:51 [ref: 11558] |
