Well, the photo on top of the page is a P-43. Most likely an YP-43, as no photos known to me show a P-43 or P-43A in these colors.
AT-12 looks somewhat similarily to P-43, it came out of the same designer bureau, but AT-12 can be easily identified by its long, two-seat cockpit, as on photos below.

Your photo isn't SEVERSKY / REPUBLIC AT-12 fot sure.
The airplane looks like REPUBLIC YP-43 " LANCER ",
but I'm not sure what exactly version of " LANCER " it is.
Maybe someone help.
