Lipozene USA, AK | I have been meaning to write something like this on my website and you have given me an idea. Cheers. 04/01/2013 @ 20:19 [ref: 67703] |
Miles Cannon San Antonio, TX | I am a volunteer at Airmen Heritage Museum. The JF-105 were are starting a "to do a what needs to be done to it" list and finally get it up to standards. I have recently looked at the other F-105 at the SEA exhibit and plans are in the works to make it look like its "real". Any pictures you have as well as a personal bio would be great. I would be very interested in what you have to say on the subject of the F 105 or any other aircraft you have worked on. Thank you. 01/03/2013 @ 09:40 [ref: 67469] |
Henry Busch , NC | The 10 F-105Ds at Lackland are meeting their demise. Three have been slated for museums and have been or are being removed. The remainder are beeing SCRAPPED last I heard. 07/09/2011 @ 22:47 [ref: 39955] |
Art Haughey Martinez, CA | The JF105-B was part of a contract from the A/F for photo-reconnaissance.
There were three of them 54-0105, 0111, and 0112.
I was a flight line technician at Republic during the years 58-63, and those three aircraft were used for various forms of flight tests.
The A/F had cancelled the contract for that type of aircraft, and Republic kept them at the factory.
As far as I know they were never turned over to an active A/F squadron.

Jerry Nicholson San Antonio, TX | JF-105B 54-0105 is located here at Lackland AFB, along with 10 other F-105D's. I am interested in finding out who the pilots of the JF model were, and any additional information concerning any of the other aircraft I have. Thanks
