I served in the USN stationed at Fallon Nevada from April 1961 to discharge date of July 1963 as a ADR2 Helicopter mechanic and crewman. NAAS Fallon had a total of 5 aircraft assigned to the base. Two Sikorsky HRS3 (1962 renamed as CH19E) Helicopters, one R5D (1962 renamed C54Transport, TV-2 (1962 renamed T33) Trainer jet and a SNB-5 Beechcraft. As best I recall there were about 425 Navy and Air Force base personnel, providing support to the Navy and Marine Corp squadrons that were deployed there for generally two weeks at a time for training on the bombing ranges. Fellow Sailors that I served with in the USN Maintenance Division , LTCDR R.G. Lair, Maintenance Officer, Lt. Purvis, Asst. Maintenance Officer. In 1962-63 the Helicopter crew consisted of seven mechanics / crewmen. ADR2 W.P Sullivan, ADR1 Russell, ADR2 Dale E. Grace, ADR2 Bud White, ADR1 Moore, 2nd class Hayden, and myself ADR2 Ron Strolberg. The helicopter pilots in addition to LCDR R.G. Lair and Lt Purvis, included two enlisted Chief Petty Officers Pilots, Babbitt and Wells. Others serving at various locations in the Maintenance division were Gary Hansen, Gary Hernbloom, Jerry Beebe, Paul Digerolami, W.A. Nichols, Jack Smith. Our Air Force neighbor when my wife and I lived on base housing was Dave & Martha Crump.

Your data sheets are illegible(too small). I need the lifting and range capacity of your choppers. I also need to know their commercial nomenclature.
