john miller ft worth, TX | On your site the two photos shown are C models. The B's have struts to brace the sponsons which mount 650 gallon drop tanks. I was aquainted with 66-14428 and 66-14429 at Hill AFB UT in 73-74, at that time they both had the night recovery system for some time. 429 was painted grey for the movie Airport 75. The "RESCUE" painted on the drop tanks was for the movie, the rest of the paint scheme is correct stateside colors, and is probably the only time you will ever see it.
