Seriously... it's the Smithsonian, what more is there to say. All of the air craft are very significant in history and it is pretty amazing to walk in ans actualy see aircraft like the actuly "spirit of St. Louis" the Udvar-Hazy center (the hanger at dulles) is very cool too and holds many more aircraft, both are a must see.

 Aguadilla PR,

Nothing can beat the feeling you get when you walk into the NASM. I love it there and would visit once every six months if I could. A must share with you children.

Good museum but not even close to the USAF museum in Dayton, OH. Everything here seemed to be up in the cieling and hard to see. Space restraints really hurt them. Great collection of very important aircraft!

 Augsburg,

Impressing museum with many rare and very interesting aicrafts (Me-109, Me-262, Zero, XP-59, XP-80, D-558, X-1 ...) Absolutly worth a visit. Also worth a visit is the new complex at the Dulles IAP The National Air and Space Museum STEVEN F. UDVAR-HAZY CENTER http://www.nasm.si.edu/museum/udvarhazy/

Great Museum! A fitting tribute to aviation. It could use a Sikorsky MH-53E Sea Dragon
