Ron Bissland Kenosha, WI | My Uncle Lt Donald Edward Bissland flew the F84 until the end of April,1956 when his fighter crashed in the WASH off Shepherds Grove , Suffolk UK. The plane nor the remains were ever found. My Father was their also.. Lt Alexander Charles Bissland. Anyone recall ever meeting my Uncle? He bought a 1956 MGA while in england in 1956. He only had it for a few weeks before the crash. I have the car now and am doing a complete frame off restore. Trying to gather as much information as I can to link My Uncle and my father to the car. Jack (Tommy) Tomlinson, Ca. Wofford Heights, CA | Hi, I was with the 366th TFW. Took over the F-84's from the ANG after the Berlin Crisis. Was stationed at Chaumont France. I ended up as the crew chief of A/C 52-6442. We came back to the States in 1963 to Holloman AFB. The F-84 turned out to be a sweet little aircraft.Sure would like to hear from anyone who with this great bunch of guys.
